½ Cup GL#4 Garlic Herbed Butter
½ Cup Flour
4 Cups Chicken Stock
1/3 Cup Heavy Cream
Cut Garlic Butter into chunks and melt on stove.
Add ½ cup flour and whisk until blended.
Continue whisking until it smells like a pie is cooking!
This may take 6-12 minutes.
Add chicken stock, one cup at a time until fully blended.
Then add the heavy cream, whisking until it coats the back of a spoon.
